The Center for Theoretical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking applications for a junior faculty appointment in all areas of its activities. The Joint Center for Quantum Information and Computer Science (QuICS) is currently seeking outstanding quantum information researchers to join the Center faculty as QuICS Fellows. QuICS is a research partnership between the University of Maryland (UMD) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), with faculty from both institutions. Accordingly, applicants will be considered for tenure-track positions at UMD, and those who are US citizens may also be considered for permanent employment as researchers at NIST.
